Delete Your Conspiral Account

Signed-in users can request account deletion directly in the Conspiral app from Settings > Account > Delete Account.

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send the request from the Google account email address you used to sign in to Conspiral so we can verify the account.

What To Include

• Email Accounts@astra-nomical.com.
• Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
• Send the email from the Google account email used with Conspiral.
• Include any details that help identify the account if your email address changed.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion removes the Supabase Auth user, profile, roles, active entitlements, and associated account access where technically and legally possible.

Some purchase receipts, audit records, or fraud-prevention records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, refunds, tax/accounting, legal duties, or app store compliance. Purchase receipts retained for those reasons are detached from the deleted account where possible.

Timing

We aim to handle deletion requests within a reasonably quick period after verifying the account. We may ask for more information if we cannot match the request to a Conspiral account.

Guest-only local data remains on your device until you clear the app's local data or uninstall the app.
