Welcome to Conspiral. Conspiral is a social trivia and party game focused on theories, conspiracies, ideas, and public beliefs. Players estimate how many people they think believe in various conspiracy-related topics and compare their answers with others.
Important: Conspiral is intended as an entertainment product. The game presents prompts, theories, and discussion topics for social gameplay purposes. Conspiral does not present conspiracy theories as factual claims and does not verify, endorse, or represent the accuracy of any theory, belief, or idea discussed within the game.

Who We Are
Conspiral is a mobile social trivia and party game currently available for Android devices. Future versions may also be released for iOS and iPadOS.
Conspiral is intended for users aged 18 years and older and is not directed toward children.

Information You Provide
If you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, we may receive your Google account email address, Google display name, and authentication information necessary to create and manage your account. Providing this information is optional because users may also play as guests.
When you create an account, we may store user account identifiers, authentication records, profile information, and entitlement or purchase ownership information.
Guest Play Information
Users may play portions of Conspiral without creating an account. Guest play may store information locally on your device, including app settings, selected decks, local game progress, and temporary gameplay information.
Guest data generally remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the application. Guest play is not intended to identify you unless you choose to sign in or use online features that require account information.
Gameplay And Multiplayer Data
When using online features, we may process information required to operate multiplayer sessions, including room IDs, join codes, display names, team names, session identifiers, deck selections, round state, guesses, scores, locks and gameplay actions, connection and presence information, session events, and synchronization data.
This information is used to operate multiplayer games, synchronize gameplay, reconnect players, detect invalid or abandoned sessions, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot service issues, and complete game sessions.
Purchase Information
If you purchase paid content, including deck packs or other digital items, we may process product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, receipt information, purchase timestamps, verification records, entitlement records, and store-provided purchase responses.
Purchase information is used solely for purchase verification, ownership confirmation, restoring purchases, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with legal and app store requirements. Purchase information is not used for advertising purposes.
Approximate Location Information
Conspiral does not intentionally collect precise GPS location information. However, third-party services such as Google AdMob or Google services may process IP-derived approximate location information.
Approximate location may be used for analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. This does not include precise GPS location tracking.
App Activity Information
We may collect information regarding how the application is used, including app interactions, feature usage, gameplay events, ad interactions, ad impressions, ad clicks, and session activity. This information helps us improve the game, measure performance, operate advertising services, detect abuse, and maintain platform security.

Conspiral uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Advertising may include banner advertisements and interstitial advertisements.
Google AdMob and related services may process advertising identifiers, approximate location information, device information, app interaction information, ad impressions, ad clicks, diagnostic information, and consent preferences.
Where available, Conspiral may use Google's consent management tools and consent flows. Users may be able to manage advertising consent through available in-app settings or through their device settings where supported. Advertisements are intended to appear during natural breaks in gameplay.
Purchases And Paid Content
Android purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. To verify ownership and prevent unauthorized access to paid content, Conspiral uses server-side verification systems.
Purchase records and entitlement information may be stored through our backend services to verify ownership, restore purchases, prevent fraud, protect paid content, and support customer service.
Paid deck content is protected by access controls and is intended to be available only to users who have purchased or otherwise been granted access to that content.
